Shipping & Delivery
Where does Snapcycle ship, and is shipping free?
We currently ship to locations within the United States only, excluding Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico. Standard economy shipping is free of charge to the continental US. Charges apply if you choose expedited shipping. Orders ship via FedEx or UPS; we're unable to deliver to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Handling time is typically 1 to 2 business days, and transit time runs 2 to 7 business days once your order ships. If every item in your order is in stock, it will usually ship within a week unless the product page states otherwise. You'll get a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as it's on the way.
Returns & Refunds
What is Snapcycle's return policy?
We offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery. To qualify, your bike must be unused, in its original packaging with all accessories and documentation, show fewer than 10 miles on the odometer, and you'll need proof of purchase. Sale items and orders placed with free shipping are non-refundable. Contact service@snapcycle.com first to get your return approved before sending anything back.
Who pays for return shipping, and when do I get my refund?
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. You can either arrange your own shipping or pay Snapcycle for a return label (up to $300 depending on your location). Once we receive and inspect the item, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, usually within 4 business days.
Warranty
What warranty comes with a Snapcycle e-bike?
Every Snapcycle e-bike includes a 1-Year Limited Warranty, valid for 12 months from the date of delivery to the original purchaser. It covers manufacturing defects in the frame, motor, battery, controller, LCD display, and charger under normal use, and Snapcycle will repair or replace a defective covered part.
What's not covered by the warranty?
The warranty doesn't cover normal wear items like tires, tubes, brake pads, chains, cables, grips, and lights, or damage from accidents, misuse, neglect, improper assembly, or water immersion. It also excludes unauthorized modifications or repairs, non-Snapcycle replacement parts, cosmetic wear that doesn't affect function, and bikes bought from unauthorized resellers or used commercially or for rental. Coverage is non-transferable and applies to the original owner with proof of purchase.
Payment & Financing
What payment methods does Snapcycle accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Meta Pay, and PayPal.
Can I pay for my e-bike over time?
Yes. Snapcycle offers financing through Shop Pay Installments and Affirm, with monthly payments starting from $144/mo and rates from 0 to 36% APR depending on your credit. There are no late fees, you can pay off early at no cost, and checking your eligibility doesn't affect your credit score. Smaller orders can also qualify for four interest-free payments.
