Delivery Zone

We currently only ship to locations within the United States (Except Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico). Enjoy free economy shipping to the continental US, ONLY. Charges apply on all expedited shipping.

Shipping Fees

Shipping is free of charge.


Currently, we ship all orders via FedEx or UPS. At the moment we are unable to support shipping to P.O. boxes and APO/FPO/DPO boxes.

Delivery Timeframe

Handling time: 1-2 days (MONDAY - FRIDAY)

Transit time: 2-7 days (MONDAY - FRIDAY)

If all the items in your order are in stock, your order will typically ship within a week, unless otherwise stated on the product page. A shipping confirmation email will be sent to the email address keyed in on the checkout page once the order has shipped. Please allow 2 to 7 business days for your shipment to arrive at your address.

Do take note that all delivery dates provided by Snapcycle are estimates, and the actual delivery date may vary.

Order Tracking

As a registered user, you may track your order and shipping information by logging in via www.snapcycle.com. If you have not registered for an account with us, you can also track your order here by keying in your tracking number. For more shipping related enquiries, send an email to support@snapcycle.com. We will get back to you within 24 hours.

Shipping Status:

As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number.
If you don’t receive a shipping confirmation email right away, don’t worry! We know the delivery date or date range provided at checkout and we’ll be sure to deliver the items within that timeframe.

Order changes:
Please contact us immediately with any changes to your order. Note that custom and pre-ordered pieces cannot be swapped for other designs.

Item not received:
If you’ve successfully placed an order and haven’t received it yet while the tracking status shows it’s delivered. you’d wish to contact the carrier to hunt out your Cover as once the item is Covered we have control over it (once it’s by the carrier), but if still persists kindly email us at support@snapcycle.com.
