Compatibility
These pedals use the industry-standard 9/16" x 20 TPI threading found on the vast majority of adult bicycles and e-bikes — including the full Snapcycle lineup — as well as most other road, hybrid, mountain, and cruiser bikes with standard crank arms. (Note: some children's bikes and BMX bikes use a smaller 1/2" thread and are not compatible.) No clipless shoes or cleats needed — just ride in your regular sneakers.

Will these pedals fit my Snapcycle e-bike?
Yes. All Snapcycle e-bike models use the standard 9/16" crank thread, so these pedals bolt straight on.
Do I need special cycling shoes?
No. These are platform pedals, so any regular shoe or sneaker works.
How do I install bike pedals — which side goes where?
Pedals are marked L (left) and R (right) on the axle. The right pedal threads in clockwise; the left pedal threads in counter-clockwise. Hand-tighten first, then finish with a pedal wrench.
What tools do I need to install them?
Most pedals install with a 15mm pedal wrench, or a 6mm hex key on the back of the axle depending on your crank arm design.
What colors are available?
