Replacement charging port for Snapcycle e-bike batteries. If the round charging socket on the battery has been knocked loose, pushed in or bent (usually from a charger plug that got pulled out sideways), replacing the socket gets the battery charging again. The battery cells themselves are not affected.
- Fits: the Snapcycle charger plug (all 48 V Snapcycle models use the same round barrel-type charging plug)
- Mounting: panel mount with nut, for an opening of about 12 mm (1/2 in). Please check the opening on your battery before ordering.
- Rated current: 10 A
- In the box: 5 charging sockets (1 to install + 4 spares), each pre-wired with about 6 in (150 mm) red and black leads, a mounting nut and an attached rubber dust cap
Installation: the battery case has to be opened and the two leads soldered in, matching the original polarity (red is positive). We recommend having a bike shop or a qualified technician do it.
